Sridhar Ravula

Sridhar Ravula

I have spent two decades applying statistics, machine learning and AI to operations and finance: plant analytics and statistical process control, quantitative finance, language-model research and platform building, and production-planning and pricing optimization. I have delivered outcomes in process industry, manufacturing, fmcg and pharma.

Today I run fixed-price audits and sprints aimed at the numbers a CFO and a plant leader both watch: cash cycle, inventory, production plans, cost and margin. I lead the work, supported by a team of specialists in finance and operations systems.

How we work

Fixed price, agreed first

Scope, deliverables, price and the number of working sessions are written down before we start.

Every number has a source

Each figure in a readout traces to a system, a field and a date, and every assumption is written down so your team can challenge it.

Independent of the platform

We work with the systems you already run. Findings and models are yours to act on with any partner.
